By using SayYes, you're agreeing to the points below. It's a small, independent project built to help people ask someone out (or answer someone who's asked) in a fun, interactive way — please read this in that spirit, and treat the person on the other end of your invite with the same care you'd want back.
Who you're dealing with
SayYes is built and run by a single independent developer, under the working name Malti (short for "Multiple Category") — a personal project name, not a registered company or legal entity.
What SayYes is for
A lightweight tool for creating a multi-stage interactive invite — asking someone to dinner, a date, or any yes/no question you'd like a clear answer to — and sharing it via a private link. It's aimed at lovers, crushes, and anyone who wants to ask in a more memorable way than a text message.
Be decent about it
- Don't use SayYes to harass, pressure, spam, or repeatedly contact someone who has already declined.
- A decline is a final answer here — please respect it, the same as you would in person.
- Don't use it to impersonate someone else or misrepresent who you are in order to deceive or harm the recipient.
- Don't submit content that's illegal, hateful, or intended to threaten or bully anyone.
Names aren't verified
SayYes doesn't verify the names typed into a request — yours or the recipient's. You're responsible for what you enter and how you use the link you generate.
No guarantee your data stays around
SayYes runs on free-tier hosting with limited storage, and the database is cleared out occasionally — possibly as often as monthly — to stay within that limit. By using SayYes, you accept that your requests, responses, and account data may be deleted at any time, without individual notice, and that we are not liable for that loss. Provided "as is"
SayYes is offered as-is, without warranties of any kind — including uptime, availability, or that it will always work perfectly. It's a personal project, not a commercial service with an SLA. We aren't responsible for how a recipient responds to your invite, nor for any outcome — good or bad — that follows from using the app.
Advertising
SayYes doesn't run ads today, but reserves the right to add them in the future (for example, to help cover hosting costs) — potentially served by a third-party ad network. See the Privacy Policy for what that would mean for your data.
Account & sign-in
Signing in uses Google Sign-In. You're responsible for keeping your own Google account secure — SayYes never sees or stores your Google password.
Changes
These terms may change as the app changes. Continuing to use SayYes after an update means you accept the current version, dated at the top of this page.
